Expressive Arts Artist Project with Sam Ayre

19th December 2019

This term in the ‘Artist Project’ option for Expressive Arts students worked together to explore architecture, environments and environmental issues to create their own ideal city. Using old cardboard boxes, the students created placards to voice their opinions about environmental issues, the placards were turned into 3D shapes, the shapes turned into buildings and the buildings transformed into costumes to bring their ideal city to life!

All the materials used were fully recyclable, paper gummed tape and water-based paints were used throughout the entire project to try and make as small an impact on the environment as possible. Great work! Well done everyone!
