17th June 2016

On Saturday 11 June Stormont House School opened its doors to a celebration of our students art work. Ms Burrows with the assistance of a number of staff organised an open day where parents/ carers and students could come into school to see an exhibition of art work from all year groups.

Ms Burrows had organised a selection of workshops for visitors to experience first hand they included:

Screen Printing

Felt Making

Clay work

Tea Light Jars

Wax Painted Bookmarks

Visitors were able to buy prints (Framed and Unframed) and postcards which displayed a variety of students work.  The event was attended by 67 visitors who all had a wonderful time taking part in the workshops and viewing the amazing work which our students create.
