Stormont House School Crime Scene Investigation – C.S.I

On Wednesday 20 April Stormont House School was turned into a forensic science site, the students took part in a ‘Forensic Science Workshop’ with Chris from the ‘Education Group’. Using scientific techniques the students investigated a crime scene, identified clues and evidence – fingerprints / identified hair and fibres / investigated blood, bones and DNA. In their lessons the students undertook a  variety of exciting sessions including: Looking at body cells / creating crime scene music / making ransom money and notes / crime scene reporting / making body plaster reliefs / crime scene photography / code breaking / kidnap trail / scavenger hunt.
