 COVUE Support


1. Please use the service desk in the normal way from Sharepoint or email

servicedesk@covue.cloud

We ask that staff include a telephone number within their tickets which we can reach them on should we need to discuss their support issue. This will help speed up resolution times.

2. If you are unable to  use the service desk if you cannot  log in to their machine, we have setup a temporary service desk number:

020 3011 0269

where you will be put into a queue to be answered and supported over the phone.

The service desk number will be in operation from 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday for the full length of school closures.

We expect this service to be busy and as such ask colleagues to have patience when calling. There may be cases where issues need to be escalated to our infrastructure and 3rd line support teams, if this is the case the engineers answering the phones may need to log a ticket on your behalf for a call back.

Email and Office 365
 
In order to support each other and the learning of our students the use of Microsoft Office 364 will be essential in the coming weeks.
 
Please google office 365 and sign in using your school email. Remember to use:
 
full firstname.surname@stormonthouse.sch.uk  and your password
 
You can then access web based versions of outlook for email and the other Office apps. You can also download them onto any device for full functionality.
