Jack Petchey Award Winners

Cameron (7D) has been awarded the Jack Petchey Award for January 2019 for his fantastic work ethic and all round good behaviour. He is a kind and caring friend who looks out for others and tries his best to help whenever he can. He always uses kind words and shows empathy to those around him. Cameron’s behaviour is absolutely fantastic he always sets a great example for his classmates.

Cameron applies 100% to all of his work and shows resilience and persistence when trying new things. He takes pride in his work by going above and beyond to make it look presentable by adding extra details, this is consistent throughout all subjects. Ms Ball and 7D are very proud to have him in their class, his calm and kind attitude makes those around him feel welcomed and included!

Nadia (11E) has been awarded the Jack Petchey Award for February 2019 she is a role model for the rest of her class and other students in the school. She copes with many challenges that her condition puts before her.

Nadia is an extremely hard worker who puts a huge amount of effort into everything that she does. Her aspiration is to be an English and Maths teacher. Recently she worked as a Teaching Assistant at Baden Powell Primary School for her external work experience, she worked with a Year 2 class, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Well Done Nadia.
