Jack Petchey Award Ceremony 2015

Stormont House School has been involved in the Jack Petchey Achievement Award Scheme since 2002, the scheme is celebrating it’s 15th anniversary this year. The scheme is undertaken in 2,000 schools and youth organisations in London and Essex. Each organisation receives up to 9 awards spread across the year, the award winners are nominated for doing something exceptional and outstanding. Each award winner is presented with their certificate in front of their peers and a medallion at an event in front of their parents / carers and VIP’s.

This year the Hackney Awards celebration took place on Tuesday 6 October at Stoke Newington Town Hall. The ceremony was compered by Sasha Hudson (Event Manager for JP Foundation) and the awards were presented by Cllr.Sade Etti - the Speaker for Hackney.

  • February - Joe (Year 11)
  • March - Marco (Year 9)
  • April - Lesny (Year 8)

  • June - Precious (Year 12)
